Welcome to the Valor Compliance Testing Solutions website. By using this website, scheduling services, or submitting a service request, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Valor Compliance Testing Solutions provides professional specimen collection and related collection support services. Available services may vary based on location, scheduling, requesting-party requirements, laboratory requirements, and other applicable circumstances.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Valor provides specimen collection services and does not perform laboratory analysis.
Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and selecting or requesting the appropriate service.
Some collections may require identification, employer information, court documentation, authorization forms, testing instructions, or other supporting information.
Mobile, on-site, same-day, after-hours, or specialty appointments may require additional coordination and fees.
Mobile Collection Services
Mobile services are available at approved locations and are subject to collector availability, travel distance, service type, and scheduling requirements.
Additional travel, mileage, after-hours, wait-time, or service-call fees may apply when applicable. Any applicable charges should be communicated during scheduling or service coordination.
Payments & Fees
Payment may be required before or at the time services are provided. Pricing may vary depending on the collection type, requested service, location, laboratory requirements, and additional services requested.
Laboratory or third-party fees may be separate from Valor's collection fee unless expressly included in the quoted price.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients should provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Certain mobile, specialty, after-hours, or time-sensitive service fees may be non-refundable once travel, preparation, or service performance has begun.
Collection Requirements
Clients must follow applicable collection instructions and provide accurate identification and documentation when required.
For employer, court, probation, attorney, or program directed collections, the requesting party determines the applicable testing requirements. Valor does not independently change those requirements without appropriate authorization.
DOT Collections
Applicable DOT specimen collections are performed according to federal collection procedures, including requirements established under 49 CFR Part 40.
Valor's role as a collector does not replace the responsibilities of the employer, Designated Employer Representative (DER), laboratory, Medical Review Officer (MRO), Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), or other parties involved in the DOT testing process.
DNA & Legal Collections
DNA and legal collection requirements may differ depending on the purpose of the test and the laboratory or requesting authority.
Valor does not guarantee that a specimen, laboratory result, or document will be accepted by a particular court, government agency, employer, or other organization unless the applicable requirements have been satisfied.
Results & Laboratory Services
When laboratory testing is required, processing times and results may depend on the laboratory or other third-party provider.
Valor cannot guarantee laboratory turnaround times or results that are outside its control.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

Valor Compliance Testing Solutions may update these Terms & Conditions as services, business practices, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
