BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Prepare for Your Collection
01} Bring Photo ID
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID when identification is required for your collection.
02} Bring Your Documentation
Have any court order, employer authorization, testing paperwork, case information, or laboratory documentation provided to you.
03} Know What You Need
Confirm the type of collection or test requested by your employer, DER, court, attorney, program, or other requesting party.
04} Arrive Prepared
Follow any instructions provided for your specific collection and arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

COLLECTION-SPECIFIC INFORMATION
What Should I Know Before I Arrive?
Urine Collection
Bring your photo ID and any paperwork provided by the requesting party. Follow the collector's instructions throughout the collection process.
Important: Do not intentionally overconsume fluids before your appointment, as this can affect the specimen.
Hair Collection
Arrive with your hair in its normal condition when possible. Collection site and specimen requirements may depend on the requested test.
Oral Fluid Collection
Follow any pre-collection instructions provided when scheduling. The collector will explain the collection procedure before beginning.
Breath Alcohol Testing
Bring your identification and follow the technician's instructions throughout the testing process.
DNA Collection
Bring identification and any required documentation. For legal DNA collections, additional identity verification and chain-of-custody procedures may apply.
Court / Color Code Collection
Bring any court, probation, program, case, or testing instructions you've received. Your requesting program determines the applicable testing requirements.
