Cancellation Policy
Appointments are subject to availability. Please arrive on time and bring a valid photo ID along with any employer, court, agency, or collection authorization provided to you. Clients may reschedule or cancel according to the booking terms below. Late arrivals may require rescheduling. Mobile, after hours, specialty, and third party laboratory fees may apply when applicable. Valor Compliance Testing Solutions provides specimen collection services; laboratory analysis, when required, is performed by the applicable laboratory.
